The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, helping us with special requests that made our trip memorable. The view of the fireworks from the lounge was a delightful surprise during our stay.

The stay was excellent! The Ocean Dream Room provided stunning views of Tokyo Bay and was very comfortable with plenty of space. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially with our young kids. Plus, the variety at the breakfast buffet was impressive!

We had an amazing five-night stay and loved the cozy ocean view from our room and the fun outdoor pool. After long days at the park, the sauna and spa were perfect to unwind. Just a heads up, the staff could be a bit quicker during check-in, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Upgraded to a nice room with a cool view. Staff was friendly, and using the luggage delivery service was a breeze. Just wish there were more food options nearby. the hotel prices add up fast! The bar/lounge was nice, tho.

We had a fantastic time! The club level benefits made our mornings enjoyable, and the private Japanese bath was a unique treat. The outdoor garden pool looked amazing but was a bit pricey.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The club lounge's delicious breakfast with both Western and Japanese options set the perfect tone for our days. The outdoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the spacious room provided plenty of comfort. Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle for easy access to the Disney parks!

Conveniently located just across from Bayside station, the shuttle service to the Disney monorail runs every five minutes, making park access easy. The breakfast spread was extensive and featured eclectic British dishes, which added a nice touch. Room servicing was inadequate as they overlooked my request to return later, and the air-conditioning instructions weren't clear, making my stay less comfortable.

More staff at the counters would really help. Also, the dining options could be improved. the hotel shop had limited variety and higher prices compared to nearby convenience stores. Overall, a nice place but could use some tweaks to enhance the experience.

The room was spacious with 3 comfy beds and a clean, large bathroom. Loved the free breakfast with loads of tasty options. Super convenient for Disneyland! The shuttle service to the monorail was quick and easy, and the staff were super nice, storing our bags when we arrived early.

Lack of nearby amenities and no coin laundry station made things tricky for families. The pool and other facilities had additional usage fees that caught many off guard. after a long day at the parks, we opted to pass on using them. Overcrowded restaurants with limited hours and long lines for breakfast made dining a bit frustrating, especially with the same food selection each morning.
